He has also managed Government funded programs for private business during this time. For the past three years Phil Mumford has been the National Business Development Manager for the Australian Apprenticeships Alliance, the largest provider of Apprenticeship services across Australia. This role has Phil discussing training and funding options in over 500 different programs to Australia’s largest national companies. This role also requires an excellent knowledge of the Traineeship program on a National basis and all the variations that exist across state borders. Prior to this role Phil was working with Australian Business Limited in Port Macquarie as a consultant also in the Apprenticeships area. Phil holds a Diploma of Human Resource Management, a Diploma of Professional Counselling and Certificate IV in Employment Services.
